Job Responsibility:

  • Coordinate HR! Facilitate processes and redirect correspondence
  • Manage Records! Maintain filing systems and employee databases
  • Support Employees! Issue HR letters, contracts, and insurance forms
  • Track Attendance! Monitor absences, leaves, and permissions
  • Ensure Compliance! Align with labor laws and update HR policies
  • Assist Onboarding! Support new hires with documentation and orientation

Requirements:
