This role focuses on delivering high-quality employability, careers, and enterprise support to students and graduates, enabling them to successfully transition into positive and fulfilling futures. You will support a range of initiatives—including careers fairs, placements, workshops, and enterprise programmes—that develop skills, enhance employability, and inspire entrepreneurial thinking. Working closely with colleagues across the Careers, Employability and Enterprise team, as well as academic departments and external partners, you will support the delivery of innovative, student-centred activities and experiential learning opportunities.
Job Responsibility:
Delivering high-quality employability, careers, and enterprise support to students and graduates
Supporting initiatives including careers fairs, placements, workshops, and enterprise programmes
Engaging directly with students through drop-ins, one-to-one support and group delivery
Building strong relationships with employers
Using feedback and data to continuously improve provision.
