Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and resilient Youth Development Mentor to join the team. This role focuses on supporting students with SEMH needs, helping them regulate emotions, improve behaviour, and re-engage with learning. The position is primarily based within the school, supporting students on a 1:1 basis and in small groups, both in the classroom and through targeted pastoral interventions. You will play a key role in building trusted relationships, acting as a positive role model, and supporting students with their personal development, engagement, and wellbeing.
