Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and resilient Sports Mentor to join the team at Sky Academy. This role focuses on supporting students with SEMH needs, using sport and physical activity as a key tool to engage learners, build relationships, and support emotional and behavioural development. You will work closely with students on a 1:1 basis and in small groups, both within the academy and through structured sports-based and pastoral interventions. As a Sports Mentor, you will act as a positive and active role model, helping students develop teamwork, resilience, and self-discipline. You will play a key role in supporting students who may present with challenging behaviours, using a calm, consistent, and proactive approach.

Job Responsibility
