We are looking for a compassionate and resilient Emotional Wellbeing Mentor to join a warm, dedicated and forward‑thinking school in Bristol. Job Responsibility:

  • Support pupils who experience anxiety, trauma, low self-esteem or emotional regulation difficulties
  • Use relational, nurturing approaches to help them feel calm, valued and understood

  • Encourage social skills, emotional growth and positive choices
  • Celebrate small wins that lead to life‑changing breakthroughs
