Job Description:

We are seeking an Emirati Programme Coordinator to support the development, engagement, and progression of Emirati employees across Deliveroo UAE. This role will play a key part in supporting Emiratisation objectives by coordinating learning initiatives, enhancing the employee experience for Emirati talent, and working closely with the wider People and Learning teams.

Job Responsibility:

  • Act as a key contact for Emirati employees, supporting development and signposting queries to the relevant teams
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners to develop and implement training and development opportunities for the Emirati employees
  • Support the communication and promotion of initiatives, opportunities, and programmes for the Emirati employee population
  • Gather and analyse feedback from Emirati employees to improve their overall experience and support needs
  • Stay informed on national talent development priorities and best practices related to Emirati workforce engagement
  • Support the design, coordination, and delivery of learning programmes for Emirati employees
  • Support collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners

Requirements:

  • UAE National (Emirati)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Business, or a related field
  • 0–2 years of relevant experience (including internships or graduate roles)
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills
  • Proactive & able to work independently
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (Arabic and English)
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
  • Interest in Learning & Development, HR, or Talent Development
