As Serval’s first Emerging Talent Recruiter, you’ll build and scale our emerging talent program from the ground up—creating a durable pipeline of early-in-career talent that fuels our mission to reinvent enterprise automation with AI. You’ll design and execute a university and early talent strategy that connects Serval to top students, student groups, and campus communities, translating our ambitious vision into opportunities for the next generation of builders. This is a high-impact, builder role for someone who thrives on ownership, velocity, and turning relationships into long-term talent engines.

Job Responsibility:

  • Stand up and scale Serval’s emerging talent program across internships and new grad hiring
  • Build strong partnerships with universities, career centers, and student organizations to create a steady pipeline of high-caliber early-career talent
  • Own full-cycle recruiting for interns and new grads, delivering a fast, high-quality candidate experience
  • Partner with leaders to forecast needs and align hiring with company priorities
  • Establish clear processes, tools, and metrics to track performance and continuously improve outcomes

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of recruiting experience
  • 2+ years in university or early career recruiting in a high-growth environment
  • Proven experience building or scaling internship or university grad programs with measurable results
  • Strong relationship-building skills with universities and external partners
  • Ability to operate independently, manage multiple hiring cycles, and use data to drive decisions
  • Clear, compelling communicator who can represent Serval’s AI-driven mission to early-career talent
