Job Responsibility

  • Utilize strategic, consultative selling in everyday work by relating with customers, discovering their needs, and advocating for tailored business solutions
  • Act as the face of Capital One, partnering closely with product, tech, and design teams to serve as the "voice of the customer" for future product enhancements
  • Maintain a deep curiosity about the tech and fintech products that benefit our Auto Dealer partners
  • Plan and prepare productive sales strategies by leveraging data, market analytics, and expert storytelling
  • Present business performance reporting and market strategies to Sales Leadership

Requirements

  • Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining, a Bachelor’s degree or higher with an expectation that you will complete your most recent full-time degree program by August 2027 or earlier
  • At least 6 months of experience in sales, customer service, team management, or team leadership (can include retail experience)
