Job Responsibility
Utilize strategic, consultative selling in everyday work by relating with customers, discovering their needs, and advocating for tailored business solutions
Act as the face of Capital One, partnering closely with product, tech, and design teams to serve as the "voice of the customer" for future product enhancements
Maintain a deep curiosity about the tech and fintech products that benefit our Auto Dealer partners
Plan and prepare productive sales strategies by leveraging data, market analytics, and expert storytelling
Present business performance reporting and market strategies to Sales Leadership
Requirements
Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining, a Bachelor’s degree or higher with an expectation that you will complete your most recent full-time degree program by August 2027 or earlier
At least 6 months of experience in sales, customer service, team management, or team leadership (can include retail experience)
Nice to have
Strong strategic, conceptual, and analytical abilities
excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated skills in communication, negotiation, organization, and people management
