Job Description:

The Emerging Commerce Solutions (ECS) team helps explore, discover, and commercialise innovation opportunities by creating cutting-edge solutions that elevate client experience and drive business growth. The role involves engaging with clients globally, identifying growth opportunities, structuring innovative programs, following market trends, advocating innovation within Citi, and partnering with fintech firms for new opportunities.

Job Responsibility:

Engage with transaction banking clients and internal stakeholders to identify mutually achievable outcomes, growth opportunities and generate a point-of-view
Take the outcome of initial discovery work to execution via new solution build or aligning existing solutions with client needs
Form and deepen relationships with business leaders and uncover cross-functional collaboration opportunities
Structure innovative and customized programs with subject matter experts
Identify cross-functional innovation opportunities to maximise ROI on technology investment
Keep up with market trends in topics such as AI, ESG, Smart Payments, and Commerce
Drive Citi innovation brand internally and externally
Lead outreach and communication strategies internally and externally
Execute strategic initiatives launched by cross-functional innovation teams
Network with fintech partners to identify new business opportunities and partnerships

Requirements:

Financial industry experience preferred
Ability to identify problem areas and drive constructive solutions
Passion for navigating ambiguity (in a systematic way)
Ability to navigate/influence diverse stakeholders with varying agendas
Self-starter/motivated
Advanced Communication skills
Enjoy Global teamwork
Negotiation skills with external parties
