Emerging Account Executive

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close for SMB and smaller mid-market accounts (<1500 employees)
• Handle a high volume of inbound leads while generating your own outbound pipeline through email, phone, social, and events
• Run efficient discovery calls, short demos, and fast follow-ups to keep deal cycles tight
• Build pipeline in territories where digital transformation is accelerating across LATAM
• Quickly qualify prospects, identify needs, and communicate ROI with clarity
• Maintain accurate forecasts and keep Salesforce impeccably updated
• Improve your craft every day—learn from call reviews, coaching, and data

• 1–3 years of B2B closing experience (SaaS preferred)
• Strong outbound prospecting muscle and willingness to grind
• Comfortable running many deals in parallel at a fast pace
• Exceptional communication skills—clear, concise, persuasive
• Fluent in Spanish
• English required for internal collaboration
• Portuguese is a plus
