Job Description

We are seeking a Veterinary Nurse to join our team for a mix of day and night shifts across weekdays and weekends in our fast-paced emergency hospital. This permanent position with 50+ hours/fortnight (flexible) requires someone confident and capable of working in a team environment, providing critical support to our veterinarians and ensuring the best outcomes for our patients.

Requirements

  • Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing or a Bachelor of Veterinary Technology
  • Good ECC nursing experience (or extensive GP nursing with strong emergency skills)
  • Confidence in working within a busy emergency hospital setting
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills
  • Reliable transport and flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends
