Job Description

Join us as an ER Registered Nurse in Marlborough, Massachusetts, on a 13-week travel contract. You'll work 12-hour night shifts from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM, including every third weekend. This assignment offers a chance to gain valuable emergency room experience while exploring a new city. Expect to provide vital support in a fast-paced ER setting, utilizing your Epic charting skills and 18 months of previous ER experience. This role is perfect for nurses ready to bring their skills to a new environment and enjoy the many cultural and recreational offerings of the area.

Current License in the state of Kansas as a RN
CPR
ACLS
TNCC
PALS
NIH
NRP within 6 months of employment
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
Minimum of 1 year of experience in clinical practice
Must have excellent interpersonal skills dealing with physicians, team members, patients and families

Receives documents and executes the provider’s orders as per policy/standards
Prepares, administers and records medications in accordance with the policy regarding the administration of medications by a RN or LPN

Provides emergency care according to ENA standards and unit policy and procedures
Follows nursing care and all related activities in ER according to policies, procedures, philosophy and objectives of the department and Medical Center
Complete monthly chore assignments, as delegated by team lead
