Job Description

We’re looking for Emergency Roadside Service Dispatchers for our Tucson, AZ office. When our policyholders experience vehicle issues, you’ll be the one providing support for them with services like locating a locksmith or dispatching a tow truck. Our fully paid and comprehensive training program will set you up for success as an Emergency Roadside Service Representative and any future path that your GEICO career journey may take you on.

Requirements

  • Experience providing outstanding customer service by fostering trust and growing customer satisfaction
  • Strong computer proficiency and typing ability – experience with Microsoft Office, e-mail, Web-enabled applications, and database software
  • Ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, and willingness to expand on these abilities
  • Ability to work comfortably and grow in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment
  • Willingness to learn new skills and ability to adjust to changes quickly
