Job Description:

MercyOne Newton Medical Center, located in Newton Iowa, is a 48-bed acute care hospital. With an annual volume of 9,000, the emergency department uses state-of-the-art equipment to provide around the clock emergency care.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide around the clock emergency care in a 48-bed acute care hospital
  • Work in a Level IV Trauma Center
  • Use state-of-the-art equipment
  • Documentation using Meditech

Requirements:

  • MD
  • DO
  • PA
  • NP
  • CRNA
  • AA
  • Board Certification in relevant specialty (e.g., ABEM, ABPEDS, AOBEM)
  • State licensure
  • Willingness to relocate
  • Completion of medical residency program
