Job Description:

Provide appropriate medical treatment for work-related injuries or illnesses through on-site treatment or referral to an off-site Medical provider. Initiate and complete injured worker’s statement and worker’s compensation claim paperwork, as needed.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide appropriate medical care for work-related injuries or illnesses
  • Complete proper documentation including claim information and medical charts
  • Restock office inventory and track supplies
  • Adhere to all OSHA, State and Federal regulations
  • Assist Safety management with hearing test paperwork
  • Assist personnel in the application of the Drug and Alcohol Policy
  • Tour plant daily for safety issues and to check on light duty Team Members

Requirements:

  • Current EMT certification and CPR Certification
  • Legible handwriting
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Must be detail oriented and accurate in documentation tasks
  • PC & Microsoft Office skills required

Nice to have:

  • Bilingual in Spanish / English is helpful
  • Knowledge of OSHA/CalOSHA/WISHA Regulations helpful
