Job Description:

Lovelace Medical Group is searching for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant at their Emergency General Surgery team in beautiful Albuquerque, New Mexico. This position requires fifteen 12-hour shifts per month 7am-7pm, assigned based on surgeons' requests. Must work a combination of day, weekend and holiday shifts. The APP is to be available for all emergency room and inpatient surgical consults during their shift as well as first assisting in the OR and inpatient rounding. Post-op patients are to be followed up with on an outpatient basis at our downtown general surgery OP clinic. The APP is scheduled for 1 to 2 OP clinics per month.

Requirements:
