We are looking for a highly capable ServiceNow Architect to play a pivotal role in driving our ServiceNow consulting growth across EMEA. This is not a pure delivery or back-office architecture role. We are looking for someone who can operate end-to-end across the lifecycle — from pre-sales and solutioning, through to owning client engagements and ensuring successful delivery. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping shape solutions, win work, and ensure that what we sell is executed to a high standard.
Job Responsibility:
Partner with Sales to support client conversations, workshops, and opportunity shaping
Lead solution design aligned to client needs across the ServiceNow platform (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, etc.)
Contribute to RFP/RFI responses, proposals, and pricing discussions
Clearly articulate value propositions and delivery approaches to senior client stakeholders
Support deal qualification and ensure solutions are deliverable and commercially sound
Act as Architect / Engagement Lead on key projects
Own the end-to-end solution integrity, ensuring alignment between design and delivery
Provide governance and technical leadership across multiple engagements
Engage with client stakeholders (IT, business, leadership) as a trusted advisor
Ensure projects are delivered in line with scope, quality, timelines, and expectations
