Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced, people-first Sales Manager to lead our EMEA-focused Account Executives and drive growth across our international markets. Based in our Dublin office, you’ll coach, develop, and inspire a high-performing team responsible for new business acquisition, pipeline generation, and exceptional deal execution. This role is ideal for a builder who thrives in a fast-moving environment: someone who cares deeply about coaching reps, who partners tightly with cross-functional teams, and who brings operational rigor to every stage of the sales cycle. You’ll play a key role in shaping our go-to-market strategy across EMEA as we continue to scale globally.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead, develop, and mentor a team of high-performing Account Executives covering EMEA new business
  • Drive consistent execution across pipeline generation, forecast accuracy, and sales process adherence
  • Partner closely with Marketing, SDR Leadership, Revenue Operations, Partnerships, and Customer Success to optimize our EMEA go-to-market engine
  • Ensure your team deeply understands customer pain points and can articulate the value of Front in a clear, consultative way
  • Build a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and operational excellence
  • Hire and onboard exceptional sales talent, ensuring the team scales ahead of company growth
  • Analyze and optimize regional performance by leveraging data, insights, and cross-functional feedback loops
  • Represent the voice of the customer and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Leadership to influence roadmap thinking
  • Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-trust environment aligned with Front’s values

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of front-line sales management experience in B2B SaaS, ideally with multi-regional or international exposure
  • A consistent track record of helping reps exceed quota through structured coaching and development
  • Strong command of sales fundamentals: discovery, qualification, multi-threading, champion building, value-selling, and closing
  • Operational rigor with experience implementing repeatable processes and forecast discipline
  • A builder’s mindset — you enjoy refining systems, tackling ambiguity, and scaling what works
  • Deep empathy for both customers and teammates, paired with a bias for action and impact
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder-management skills

Nice to have

  • Experience selling a horizontal product or platform is a plus
  • Familiarity with Front or customer operations workflows is a bonus

What we offer

  • Competitive salary
  • Equity (we are post-series D & backed by some of the best VCs in the US)
  • Fully covered private health insurance
  • Paid parental leave
  • Generous paid time off
  • Flexibility to work from home Mondays and Fridays (unless posted as a full-remote role)
  • Mental health support with Workplace Options
  • Family planning support with Maven
  • 75 Euro per month Lifestyle Stipend to spend on fitness and other activities
  • Winter Break - Our offices are closed from Christmas to New Year's Day!
