Job Description

Following an exceptional year of sales success and international business growth, the GuestCentric Sales Team is expanding in 2026. We are looking for a talented and driven EMEA Sales Executive (full-time) to join our team in Lisbon. Main focus: We are looking for someone who’s going to be responsible for reaching EMEA markets. This person will generate new business opportunities across the world and sell GuestCentric’s eCommerce platform to both independent hotels and small chains across new markets. This person will be building up a sales pipeline based on specific targets across the sales cycle and will have the ability to earn uncapped commissions, besides a competitive salary. As part of the job, the candidate will become an expert in hotel and hospitality e-Commerce and will learn the most sophisticated tools used to promote hotels online.

Job Responsibility

  • Knowledge acquisition - full knowledge of Guestcentric products and best sales practices
  • Customer acquisition - generate and qualify new sales opportunities from a database of hotels
  • Clients contact - establish contact with hotels through inbound calls, web leads and outbound calls. You will be providing information about the best tools in the market, technology providers interfaces and adjust the conversation to the client needs
  • Achievable targets - you will work based on monthly metrics across the all sales cycle stages which will help you to achieve the ultimate goals - close contracts
  • CRM Maintenance - Manage salesforce and keep all information up to date

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree
  • 1-2 years' experience in Sales
  • Being a fluent English speaker is mandatory
  • Strong verbal and communication skills
  • Listen skills and capacity to adjust the conversation to different personalities
  • Eager to learn tech and understand all hospitality tech environment
  • You will be self-motivated, confident, results driven and enjoy your daily basis job!
