EMEA Regulatory Operations Specialist

• Assist with design and production of robust daily, weekly monthly regulatory reporting
• Assist with monitoring of established regulatory controls and reporting threshold changes
• Review, analysis and impact assessment across applicable EMEA regulations
• Documentation and capture of all regulatory processes and controls
• Provide visibility of front-to-back regulatory processes & reporting mechanisms
• Continuously review the control environment for gaps or issues
• Assist with Quarterly review and preparation of group's procedures
• Keep up to date with Regulatory developments
• Collaborating globally to ensure alignment of procedures and processes

• Experience in Institutional Investment Operations
• Experience with EMEA regulatory requirements and reporting rules (MiFID II experience desirable)
• Understanding of current regulatory environment (EMIR, MIFID, SFTR etc)
• Work experience in financial sector, ideally in regulatory focused role
• Highly developed analytical skills
• Strong resilience
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to communicate clearly and concisely
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office products
