Job Description

As a Partner Success Manager (PSM) in our EMEA Partner Tech Sales team, you will play a critical role in accelerating Azure consumption growth, AI adoption, and customer success at scale—through a portfolio of strategic Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) partners. You will act as a trusted advisor and growth catalyst, helping partners build sustainable Azure practices, use data to drive growth strategies, and execute value-based customer success motions. This role will be supporting the Netherlands and Belgium, Luxembourg, France Channel with a scope for potential across EMEA.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field OR equivalent experience
  • Demonstrated experience in cloud technologies, technology solutions, practice development, and/or consulting
  • Extensive experience working in a customer-facing role
  • Proficiency in English + business level proficiency in Dutch and/or French preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to engage with CxO, business and technical decision makers
  • Strong background and in-depth knowledge of cloud technologies, with a focus on Microsoft Azure (L300)
