Job Description:

Gong is looking to hire a Marketing Specialist to join the EMEA Marketing team. This role will report to the VP of International Marketing and offers an opportunity to join an international B2B SaaS company which is leading its category. The successful candidate will execute multiple simultaneous events and campaigns effectively and efficiently, think ahead to solve problems, and demonstrate excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support Gong-hosted events, including managing the procurement process, preparing attendee profiles, communicating registration updates to sales, engaging with 3rd party vendors and processing event registrations
  • Support in the execution of third-party sponsored events, including event logistics, staffing, lead management, booth activations, etc.
  • Supporting Account-Based Marketing (ABM) activities, campaigns and webinars
  • Evaluate new third-party events against preset criteria to determine suitability for sponsorship
  • Maintaining centralised activity calendars so the wider org always knows what Marketing activity is planned
  • Analyse the performance of marketing events & campaigns
  • Collaborate with other Gong marketers, external agencies and vendors to execute additional marketing programs as required

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of business experience in the B2B space
  • Highly proficient at organising events and juggling multiple projects
  • Highly organised and autonomous, but also collaborative and able to work cross-functionally
  • Appetite to learn new Martech and Sales Tech
  • Must be fluent in English
  • Goal-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and effectively
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with other teams, including sales, customer success, and global marketing
  • Some event travel is required, so the candidate needs to be able to travel to the UK, EU, and US without a visa

Nice to have:

Familiarity with Salesforce and fluency in French would be an advantage
