Job Responsibility:
Serve as the primary HR contact for employees, providing administrative support from onboarding through offboarding
Prepare, review, and maintain employee records and HR documentation in accordance with regional legal requirements and company policies
Respond to HR-related queries and requests submitted through the ticketing system, ensuring timely and accurate resolution
Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and securely stored
Acting as a key contributor for EMEA related compliance and audit requirements
Focusing on continuous improvement of HR processes and services that shape the employee lifecycle and are efficient, scalable, and compliant with all regulatory requirements
Leveraging technology and automation to enhance service delivery
Developing your knowledge on work techniques, best practices, and operational expertise
Requirements:
Master's degree in human resources or related field
Proven experience (2+ years) in HR administrative roles within a shared services environment at a large organization
Familiarity with HR processes such as onboarding, employee data management, payroll support, benefits administration, and HRIS systems
Excellent English proficiency
knowledge of other EMEA languages is a plus
