Job Responsibility:

  • Serve as the primary HR contact for employees, providing administrative support from onboarding through offboarding
  • Prepare, review, and maintain employee records and HR documentation in accordance with regional legal requirements and company policies
  • Respond to HR-related queries and requests submitted through the ticketing system, ensuring timely and accurate resolution
  • Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and securely stored
  • Acting as a key contributor for EMEA related compliance and audit requirements
  • Focusing on continuous improvement of HR processes and services that shape the employee lifecycle and are efficient, scalable, and compliant with all regulatory requirements
  • Leveraging technology and automation to enhance service delivery
  • Developing your knowledge on work techniques, best practices, and operational expertise

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in human resources or related field
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in HR administrative roles within a shared services environment at a large organization
  • Familiarity with HR processes such as onboarding, employee data management, payroll support, benefits administration, and HRIS systems
  • Excellent English proficiency
  • knowledge of other EMEA languages is a plus
