The Sales Enablement & Operations (SE&O) team plays an essential role in translating Microsoft’s Commercial Strategy to a local execution plan and driving operational excellence to achieve the greatest results possible. Our team drives cross-Region, cross-Area and cross-Subsidiary insight and execution excellence, bringing strategy and priorities to life by accelerating the pace of transformation and enabling Microsoft to deliver business impact at scale. As part of the planned organizational changes in SE&O, we will be centralizing all the Solution Plays and programs and supporting OUs at regional level across EMEA. We are at the heart of the region and serving as trusted advisors by bringing strategy and priorities to life by accelerating the pace of transformation and enabling Microsoft to deliver business impact on a scale. The EMEA Cloud and AI (CAIP) Lead for Solutions and Programs plays a pivotal role in driving this strategic transformation and related initiatives across the EMEA region. As a key part of the EMEA CAIP GTM Leadership team, this leader will be responsible for leading and empowering the Solutions and Progams GTM Team to drive development and adoption of Sol Play content development and amplification to enable OU activation. Design, develop and scale standardized solution plays motions aka scalable motions, sprints, compete and ATU enablement to secure connected sales and marketing activities along with strategic solution plays and priorities. Adopt and surface best practices and feedback for further innovation, demonstrate through leadership in proactive manner anticipating the demand by OU/Geo /Sub level to steer meaningful execution to long- and short-term demands. This role will drive content alignment with Core, drive standardized motions with excellence and consistency, and secure strategic alignment across diverse markets, ensuring that local execution is optimized and connected to regional priorities.

Requirements:

Masters Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Sales, Accounting, Information Systems, Social Sciences, or related field AND several years experience in sales operations, project management, analytics, compensation, sales performance analytics, finance/business analyst, process improvement, business development, consulting, finance, marketing, or a related field OR equivalent experience.
