The EMEA AI Business Solutions Consulting Practice Lead for Workforce is a senior leadership role accountable for scaling Microsoft's AI-led business transformation impact across EMEA. The role leads a high-performing technical team across solution architecture and consulting capability, with responsibility for Workforce strategy, practice and AI capability building. You will oversee an organization of three Solution Architect Managers and their respective teams of Architects and Consultants. You will act as a strategic bridge between customers, sales, delivery, product and engineering, this leader drives AI market growth, shapes high-value AI and Copilot opportunities, ensures solution integrity, drives revenue, consumption, margin and utilization outcomes, and sponsors complex engagements with Microsoft's most strategic customers. Success requires deep consulting leadership, strong AI and Microsoft platform expertise, proven ability to lead large multi-country teams, and the executive presence to build customer trust, accelerate transformation, and position Microsoft as the partner of choice for AI-powered workforce reinvention. This is a founding leadership opportunity: you will stand up and scale a new EMEA Workforce Practice, uniting Workforce Architects and Consultants into a single, dedicated capability that leads Microsoft's fastest-growing frontier, the Copilot and agentic opportunity. Workforce is one half of AI Business Solutions' "one engine", operating hand in hand with Business Process, and this leader is accountable for a strong, durable partnership with the Areas, including dedicated presales support, a shared pipeline, and continuity for in-flight customer engagements.
