Job Description

We’re seeking an EMEA Benefits Partner to join our People & Culture team and support the delivery of best-in-class employee benefits across the EMEA region. In this role, you’ll manage benefits programs for countries including the Netherlands, France, Italy, Spain, and others. This role will be based in London Hybrid working 2 days a week in the office.

Job Responsibility

  • Employee Support & Communication: Provide direct support to employees regarding benefit programs, plan options, enrolment, policy features, and requirements
  • Benefits Administration: Administer and communicate the company’s EMEA benefits program, including plan interpretation, eligibility, and enrolment processes
  • Plan Design & Review: Assist with the review and design of benefit plans to optimize value for both employees and the organization
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Compile, analyze, and report benefit data (employee, plan, financial) for strategic planning, evaluation, and compliance
  • Vendor & Systems Coordination: Manage integration and coordination with external vendors and internal stakeholders for all benefits, wellness, retirement, and HRIS/Workday systems
  • Compliance & Regulatory Reporting: Ensure compliance with relevant EMEA country laws and regulations
  • Process Improvement: Maintain and improve processes and procedures to ensure consistent and accurate benefit-related data capture and management
  • Annual Enrolment & Communications: Coordinate the design and communication of annual benefit enrolment materials and Total Reward Statements
  • Wellness & Health Initiatives: Support the implementation and communication of wellness and health education initiatives across the region
  • Contract & Proposal Management: Prepare bid specifications, analyze proposals and renewals, and interpret insurance carrier contracts

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of health, welfare, and retirement benefit plans, across multiple EMEA countries
  • Familiarity with HR concepts, practices, and procedures, including disability programs, welfare programs, and applicable EMEA regulations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • additional EMEA languages a plus
  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • ability to compile, analyze, and report business information
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Typically requires at least three years’ experience in a benefits role, preferably within the EMEA region, in addition to the UK
