Job Responsibility

Provide trauma-informed therapy using EMDR as a primary modality, along with other evidence-based practices

Collaborate with our team to fill gaps in care and expand access to high-quality mental health services
Maintain an average caseload of 25 sessions/week (full-time)

Regular 1:1s with Clinical Director, monthly team meetings, and ongoing professional development

Requirements

Doctoral level training in clinical psychology, including specifically models of psychopathology, clinical psychometrics and Neuropsychology, two or more distinct psychological therapies and lifespan developmental psychology as accredited by the HCPC and British Psychological Society.

Strategically lead EMDR Therapy delivery, Supervision, training and Governance of EMDR across a large mental health NHS Trust.
Lead the clinical assessment and therapy within the Centre for Specialist Psychological Therapies EMDR Clinical Pathway.
