High School Degree, Vocational School or equivalent required
5+ years of field experience
Possession of state-specific licensing (i.e. Class D or Alarm Installer, etc.) or ability to hold license once hired
Understanding of Windows operating systems and overall IT network topology
Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-based environment with minimum direction
Available for scheduled “on-call” duties to respond to emergency service calls
Strong troubleshooting skills, mechanical and electronic aptitude
Capable of lifting up to 50lbs and work on ladder heights of up to 16’
Be able to work independently or as a member of a team
Good verbal and written communication skills

Job Responsibility

Travel to commercial client sites to service, repair, troubleshoot, and detect access control equipment and IP-based video security systems
Troubleshoot system installations to identify issues and apply effective resolution
Identify and repair physical security systems to ensure operability and compliance
Apply all necessary documentation for tracking of service-related issues
Demonstrate knowledge in the safe use of hand and power tools, analog/digital test equipment and CCTV testing devices
Demonstrate proficiency in reading and understanding electrical schematics, CAD drawings and related documents
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with both internal and external customers
Provide phone and on-line remote diagnostic support
Drive to commercial client sites with a company-issued vehicle
Perform other duties as assigned by leadership

Job Responsibility

Organizes and Manages periodic technological updates sessions, with the goal of informing and training Customer’s personnel and managers about E80’s latest technologies, technical solutions and products
Partecipates to periodical operational and management meetings with Customer's staff
Prepare and share with customer quotes for parts and interventions to address customer needs and request client to issue PO to E80 team to handle properly the requests
Allocate technical resources, verify equipment and tools if needed, and manage materials for various customer field services activities and projects based on requirements and resource availability
Develop and maintain resource schedules for maintenance, field service, and retrofit activities, ticket resolutions, ensuring optimal utilization of resources
Liaise with CSAM, supervisor, resident engineers, spare parts team representative, service coordinators, technical supervisors, technicians, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of services
Order spare parts if possible and follow up with spare part rep the respective delivery and define priorities
Enter and manage tickets in Sales Force
