A challenging opportunity exists for a motivated individual to join the Adaptive Communications and Sensing (AC&S) Product Line within the Command, Control, Communications and Computers Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance Systems (C4ISR) Business Area of BAE Systems Electronic Systems (ES) Sector as the AC&S Embedded Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) lead. The Embedded FP&A lead provides leadership, guidance and insight to AC&S Program Finance teams in support of the full portfolio of programs. This highly visible position reports to the AC&S Finance Director and provides support and input to Product Line and Business Area Leadership regarding all financial matters related to the business.

  • LCM assistance
  • Datapack reviews

  • Support strategic capture pursuits

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree and 8 years work experience or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
  • Demonstrated problem solving and in-depth analytical skills
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate and present financial data to other functions in an accurate, concise, and understandable manner
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to make decisions with sound judgment while complying with policies and procedures

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Excel, Oracle, Hyperion, ProPricer, and Cobra
  • Ability to challenge and improve current practices and standards
  • Ability to develop and maintain professional and effective relationships
