Responsibilities include managing technical teams, engaging with customers, and driving innovation and automation. The candidate should also have experience in presales and upskilling teams. Desired skills include Model Based Development, working on UNIX/LINUX platforms, and knowledge of ARINC protocols.

Nice to have:
