Job Description:

Sopra Steria, a major tech player in Europe, is searching for an Embedded Consultant Architect with expertise in embedded C, DO178B/C, and experience in embedded development and aircraft systems. Responsibilities include managing technical teams, engaging with customers, and driving innovation and automation. The candidate should also have experience in presales and upskilling teams. Desired skills include Model Based Development, working on UNIX/LINUX platforms, and knowledge of ARINC protocols.

Job Responsibility:

Technically support and manage the team
Involve in Pre-sales support and workload estimations
Regular Connect with customers
Provide solutions and in some cases challenge customer or the team in a constructive way when there is a need
Drive Automations and innovations in the team
Skill and capability Management of the team (Up-Skilling and Cross-Skilling)
Drive Project Audits

Requirements:

Expertise in EMBEDDED C, DO178B/C
Expertise in Embedded development (Requirement Engineering, Design, development) and Verification Validation
Knowledge and Experience in working with Aircraft systems
Experience in Embedded software solution building
Experience in Presales
Experience in conducting training and up-skilling and cross-skilling team
Experience in interaction and technical review meetings with the customer

Nice to have:

Experience in Model Based System Engineering, SysML, UML
Experience in Model based development
Experience in working on UNIX/LINUX platform
Experience in working with AIRBUS Embedded projects
Knowledge of Model based Testing
Knowledge of communication protocols and ARINC Protocols
Knowledge of AIRBUS M&T is an Added advantage
