Job Responsibility:
Collaborate with operational teams to address emerging requirements
Recommend and implement new security policies
Review metrics to assess policy effectiveness
Resolve complex customer service tickets
Test and integrate new email security components
Coordinate work with team, vendors, and client stakeholders
Investigate new techniques and industry trends
Lead the team through a critical approach to network design
Integrate secure practices like zero-day threat detection and anti-spoofing and anti-manipulation email security protocols
Requirements:
Knowledge of networking and cybersecurity concepts
Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree
Ability to obtain a DoD 8140 IAT Level II Certification within 6 months of start date
Nice to have:
Experience with Cisco IronPort Email Security Appliances (ESA)
Experience configuring and managing Microsoft Azure environments
Experience with F5 load balancers
Knowledge of network protocols supporting email, including SMTP or DNS
Knowledge of protocols supporting secure email, including TLS, SPF, DKIM or DMARC
Ability to read and understand email headers to diagnose email-related issues
Ability to develop and troubleshoot Perl-formatted scripts
Ability to develop and troubleshoot regex signatures
Secret clearance
