Job Responsibility:

  • Email Assembly & Quality Assurance: Build and rigorously test email campaigns across various content types, ensuring flawless rendering across all email clients and platforms
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner effectively with copywriters, designers, international marketing teams, and engineering to gather essential assets, resolve technical blockers, and meet ambitious deadlines
  • Technical Execution: Construct emails using HTML/CSS within enterprise email service platforms, expertly troubleshooting rendering issues and resolving complex code-related problems
  • Quality Assurance Leadership: Conduct thorough self-reviews and peer reviews before campaigns launch, proactively identifying and correcting errors to uphold exceptional quality standards
  • Workflow Management: Skillfully manage competing priorities and maintain proactive communication with all stakeholders to keep projects on schedule and ensure timely delivery

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in email campaign production
  • Demonstrated ability to manage 10-15 concurrent campaigns weekly within a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in building emails using enterprise email service providers (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce, Adobe Campaign Manager, MailChimp, or equivalent)
  • Working knowledge of HTML and CSS as applied to email, including troubleshooting rendering issues, applying formatting, and validating code
  • Strong cross-functional communication skills, with a proven ability to follow up effectively to gather information and ensure project momentum
  • A detail-oriented mindset, coupled with robust peer review and quality assurance experience
  • Comfortable working in a professional, fast-moving environment
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to rapidly changing priorities
