Job Description

Robert Half is leading the search for an Email Production Designer, to support collaborative creative team, focusing on high‑volume email production and execution. This role is highly hands-on, ensuring strong visual consistency, quality, and accuracy across a large number of email assets. The designer will work within established HTML frameworks, leveraging and modifying existing code rather than building from scratch. As the team evolves, there are plans to introduce a drag‑and‑drop email platform, and this individual will play a key role in helping adopt and optimize that tool. A keen eye for detail is essential, as these emails have high visibility with internal stakeholders, and adherence to accessibility and ADA standards is a priority.

Job Responsibility

  • Support collaborative creative team, focusing on high‑volume email production and execution
  • Ensure strong visual consistency, quality, and accuracy across a large number of email assets
  • Work within established HTML frameworks, leveraging and modifying existing code
  • Play a key role in helping adopt and optimize a drag‑and‑drop email platform

Requirements

  • Strong design background (email-specific design preferred)
  • Understanding of HTML for email, especially modifying tables‑based layouts
  • Experience building hero images, including GIF creation and selecting/optimizing content
  • Ability to apply gradients, optimize image readability, and ensure strong visual hierarchy
  • Solid understanding of ADA compliance in email design
  • Strong attention to detail given low margin for error
  • Comfortable in a production-heavy environment
  • Ability to handle high volume and iterate quickly
  • Ability to work with many stakeholders reviewing content
  • Familiarity with or ability to learn Knak (drag-and-drop email builder)
  • Ability to work with or learn internal tooling/documentation

What we offer

  • Medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance
  • Eligible to enroll in company 401(k) plan
