Job Responsibility:
Execute rigorous quality assurance processes for marketing campaign data selection and direct channel deployment, ensuring accuracy and integrity
Validate the functionality and performance of email delivery and other campaign management platforms
Identify, document, and track defects, working collaboratively with development and marketing teams to ensure timely resolution
Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA methodologies and tools, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness
Act as a critical guardian of data quality, ensuring compliance and optimal audience engagement
Requirements:
2+ years of professional quality assurance experience, with a focus on marketing campaign data selection and direct channel deployment
Demonstrated experience with various campaign management platforms
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly
Strong logical and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving
A self-motivated, detail-oriented, and collaborative team player
A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
