We are in search of an Email Marketing Specialist to join our Lifecycle Marketing Team. You’ll report to the Lifecycle Marketing Manager and own the hands-on execution of campaigns in our owned channels (email, push and in-app) - from planning and coordination to building, testing, launch, and optimization. You will also own abandoned cart and Lead Generation efforts. You’ll collaborate closely with Lifecycle, Product Marketing, and Product Management teams to support product launches, growth initiatives, activation campaigns and more, across all myPOS markets.
Job Responsibility:
Build, launch, and optimize marketing campaigns in HubSpot and OneSignal (email, push, and in-app)
Help plan, coordinate, and execute campaigns across all myPOS markets, including promotional, incentive, activation, and usage programs
Coordinate campaign delivery with the wider team: align timelines, gather inputs, and ensure smooth with the stakeholders
Work with segmentation, triggers, and customer journeys to deliver personalized communication to merchants and leads
Partner with Lifecycle, Product Marketing, and Product Management to support product launches, lifecycle and growth priorities
Contribute ideas for new campaigns and experiments that increase activation, retention, and product adoption
Monitor performance and continuously improve key metrics (open rate, CTR, conversions, deliverability), while ensuring a low opt-out rate and a great customer experience
Maintain strong campaign hygiene: QA, testing, scheduling, and performance reporting
Requirements:
1+ year of experience in email or lifecycle marketing (2+ years is a plus)
Excellent English and Bulgarian (verbal and written)
Hands-on experience with email marketing tools such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar platforms
Strong attention to detail - you enjoy QA, testing, and getting campaigns “pixel-perfect.”
Organized, proactive, and collaborative - you can manage several campaigns at once and keep stakeholders aligned
Comfortable writing, adapting, and proofreading compelling copy that follows brand guidelines
Confident working with multiple tools like Excel, Docs, PowerPoint and more
Excited to explore and implement new AI tools that help us move faster without compromising customer experience
