We are seeking an Email Marketing Specialist to support the strategy, execution, and optimization of email and CRM-driven campaigns. This role will focus on driving engagement, lead nurturing, and customer retention through data-informed lifecycle marketing programs.
Job Responsibility
Build, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, drip campaigns, and triggered lifecycle journeys
Manage campaign development within CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo)
Segment audiences and personalize messaging to improve engagement and conversion rates
Develop and implement A/B testing strategies across subject lines, content, cadence, and targeting
Monitor campaign performance, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversions, and provide actionable insights
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and creative teams to align messaging and campaign goals
Maintain data hygiene and ensure compliance with email marketing regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR where applicable)
Support integration of email campaigns with broader digital efforts, including paid media and web initiatives
Requirements
4+ years of experience in email marketing, CRM, or lifecycle marketing
Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo)
Experience building segmented campaigns, workflows, and automated programs
Familiarity with email performance metrics and optimization techniques
Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for email editing and troubleshooting
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
Nice to have
Experience with lead scoring and lifecycle marketing strategy
Understanding of customer journey mapping and personalization strategies
Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and reporting dashboards
Familiarity with data integrations and marketing technology ecosystems
