Job Description

We are seeking an Email Marketing Specialist to support the strategy, execution, and optimization of email and CRM-driven campaigns. This role will focus on driving engagement, lead nurturing, and customer retention through data-informed lifecycle marketing programs.

Job Responsibility

  • Build, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, drip campaigns, and triggered lifecycle journeys
  • Manage campaign development within CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo)
  • Segment audiences and personalize messaging to improve engagement and conversion rates
  • Develop and implement A/B testing strategies across subject lines, content, cadence, and targeting
  • Monitor campaign performance, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversions, and provide actionable insights
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and creative teams to align messaging and campaign goals
  • Maintain data hygiene and ensure compliance with email marketing regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR where applicable)
  • Support integration of email campaigns with broader digital efforts, including paid media and web initiatives

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in email marketing, CRM, or lifecycle marketing
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo)
  • Experience building segmented campaigns, workflows, and automated programs
  • Familiarity with email performance metrics and optimization techniques
  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for email editing and troubleshooting
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

Nice to have

  • Experience with lead scoring and lifecycle marketing strategy
  • Understanding of customer journey mapping and personalization strategies
  • Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and reporting dashboards
  • Familiarity with data integrations and marketing technology ecosystems
