Develop and execute end-to-end email marketing campaigns, including strategy, content creation, segmentation, testing, and reporting. Manage and optimize email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, etc.). Create compelling and engaging email content, including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated sequences. Segment email lists to target specific audiences and personalize messaging. Conduct A/B testing to optimize email performance and improve key metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates). Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights to improve future campaigns. Monitor and maintain email deliverability and compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR). Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, design) to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging. Manage email calendar and ensure timely delivery of campaigns. Implement and manage automated email workflows and trigger-based campaigns. Maintain accurate records of email campaigns and performance metrics.

Requirements:
3-5+ years of experience in email marketing, with a strong focus on campaign execution and optimization
Proven track record of developing and executing successful email marketing campaigns that drive results
Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, etc.)
Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including segmentation, personalization, and deliverability
Excellent copywriting and content creation skills, with the ability to write engaging and persuasive email copy
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights
Experience with A/B testing and optimization
Knowledge of email marketing regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR)
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Must be able to work onsite in Roswell, GA, three days per week, 40 hours per week
Nice to have:
Experience with e-commerce email marketing
Knowledge of HTML and CSS for email design
Experience with marketing automation tools
