We are looking for an Email Marketing Specialist to join a remote team supporting marketing initiatives based in Chicago, Illinois. This contract opportunity has the potential to become permanent and is ideal for someone who enjoys combining campaign execution, audience strategy, and marketing automation in a collaborative environment. In this role, you will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to strengthen email performance, improve segmentation, and expand multi-channel engagement through HubSpot.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and launch email marketing campaigns that align with broader brand and engagement goals
Create and refine audience segments in HubSpot to support targeted outreach and personalized communication strategies
Design, maintain, and optimize automated workflows across marketing channels to improve lead nurturing and customer engagement
Collaborate with internal partners to gather business needs and translate them into effective segmentation, automation, and campaign plans
Build reporting dashboards in HubSpot and monitor key metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement
Support the implementation and onboarding of new marketing technology tools that enhance campaign delivery and automation capabilities
Work closely with the website specialist, content writer, marketing specialist, and marketing leadership to ensure cohesive execution across initiatives
Coordinate with external vendors as needed to support campaign operations and marketing program delivery
Requirements:
2-3 years of hands-on experience using HubSpot, including Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Content Hub
Demonstrated ability to execute email campaigns and manage marketing automation within an email marketing platform
Experience building audience lists, workflows, and performance dashboards to support data-driven marketing decisions
Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across internal teams and external partners
Solid understanding of segmentation strategies, campaign performance tracking, and lifecycle marketing principles
Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote work setting
