Job Responsibility

Own the full cycle of targeted email outreach campaigns: list-building, personalization, sequencing, follow-ups, and reporting
Research, identify, and segment high-value prospects (MSPs, outsourcing clients, and other industries we target)
Use AI-powered tools like Lemlist, Woodpecker, Instantly, SmartLead, Apollo, or Overloop to design and execute campaigns
Manage domain and mailbox health: warm-ups, SPF/DKIM/DMARC setup, account rotation, deliverability monitoring
Build and maintain clean, verified prospect lists (no junk, no purchased lists)
Collaborate with leadership to develop personalized messaging and scripts that match the voice of executives
Track, measure, and optimize campaigns based on open rates, response rates, and conversions
Experiment with multichannel outreach including LinkedIn Sales Navigator and podcast booking for executives
