Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Design and code email templates to support enterprise-level email marketing campaigns. Execute email marketing campaigns end to end, including audience targeting, campaign setup, approvals, testing, deployment, and post-send reporting. Partner with email marketing and operations stakeholders to support overall campaign strategy and execution. Support digital and content marketing initiatives focused on increasing brand awareness, engagement, and demand through email and digital platforms. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform optimization strategies, testing, and performance improvements. Contribute to broader digital marketing projects and initiatives aimed at improving marketing best practices.

Requirements:
Hands-on experience designing and coding emails using HTML and CSS
2+ years of digital marketing experience, with email marketing as a primary or significant focus
Experience using an email service provider or marketing automation platform (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar)
Familiarity with marketing technology platforms and data-driven campaign execution
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Solid time management and project management abilities
