We are looking for a data-driven Email Marketing Specialist to join our team in Atlanta, GA. If you live for high open rates, seamless automation, and clean segmentation, we want to talk to you. This is a 6-month contract with a strong potential for extension based on performance and project needs.
Job Responsibility:
Campaign Management: End-to-end execution of email marketing campaigns, including template building, asset coordination, and deployment
Automation & Journeys: Building complex automated workflows and drip campaigns to nurture leads through the funnel
Data & Segmentation: Managing list hygiene and building sophisticated audience segments
A/B Testing: Continuously optimizing subject lines, CTA placement, and design layouts to drive engagement
Reporting: Tracking KPIs (Open rates, CTR, conversions) and providing actionable insights to the broader marketing team
Requirements:
Platform Expertise: power user in HubSpot (Marketing Hub) or Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Technical Savvy: Experience with HTML/CSS for email rendering and troubleshooting
Analytical Mindset: use data to justify every strategy tweak
Attention to Detail
Local Presence: Ability to collaborate in person at our Atlanta office 3 days a week
Nice to have:
Experience with SQL (for SFMC) or advanced HubSpot reporting
Knowledge of CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and deliverability best practices
Background in B2B or E-commerce environments
