Our team is seeking an Email Marketing Specialist to lead the development and optimization of automated marketing campaigns throughout the member lifecycle. This role is responsible for designing and executing multi-step workflows that drive engagement, retention, and conversion. The ideal candidate excels at translating data into personalized, scalable experiences, leveraging marketing automation platforms and a deep understanding of customer behavior to achieve targeted and measurable results.
Job Responsibility:
Design, build, and optimize automated marketing journeys across email and related channels
Develop lifecycle strategies focused on onboarding, engagement, upsell, and retention
Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners—including product owners, email specialists, and audience builders—to ensure journey logic is aligned with key business objectives
Manage segmentation, triggers, and personalization using dynamic content and behavioral data
Monitor the performance of journeys and automation flows, leveraging analytics and A/B testing to identify and implement improvements
Ensure data integrity and maintain compliance with privacy regulations, such as CAN-SPAM and GDPR
Troubleshoot technical challenges related to logic, rendering, and deliverability
Stay informed on the latest marketing automation platforms, tools, and best practices
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in marketing, marketing automation, journey building, or a related area
Highly skilled in HTML email and automation
In lieu of a degree, 6 years of relevant experience in marketing, marketing automation, or journey building will be considered
