We're looking for a data-driven and creative Email Marketing Manager with 2+ years of experience who will own the email channel end-to-end and will significantly impact our growth trajectory.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and execute an end-to-end email marketing strategy
Own the full process: segmentation, copywriting, visual briefing, A/B testing, deliverability monitoring, and reporting
Continuously optimize campaign performance using data insights and experimentation
Collaborate with product, design, and analytics teams to align messaging with product updates, user behavior, and business goals
Monitor key metrics (OR, CTR, CR, churn, etc.) and proactively identify opportunities for improvement
Maintain a clean and engaged subscriber list to ensure high deliverability and compliance with regulations
Requirements:
2+ years of hands-on experience in email marketing in B2C
Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing, segmentation, and user journey mapping
Experience with big volumes of emails: sending at least 100k+ emails per month
Experience with ESPs like Customer.io, ActiveCampaign, MailChimp, eSputnik, or similar platforms
Strong analytical skills and experience running A/B tests, interpreting campaign data, and drawing actionable insights
