Together with our co-founders, we assemble solid and efficient teams to launch tech businesses that will succeed globally. We're looking for a data-driven and creative Email Marketing Manager with 2+ years of experience who will own the email channel end-to-end and will significantly impact our growth trajectory.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop and execute an end-to-end email marketing strategy
  • Own the full process: segmentation, copywriting, visual briefing, A/B testing, deliverability monitoring, and reporting
  • Continuously optimize campaign performance using data insights and experimentation
  • Collaborate with product, design, and analytics teams to align messaging with product updates, user behavior, and business goals
  • Monitor key metrics (OR, CTR, CR, churn, etc.) and proactively identify opportunities for improvement
  • Maintain a clean and engaged subscriber list to ensure high deliverability and compliance with regulations

Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in email marketing in B2C
  • Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing, segmentation, and user journey mapping
  • Experience with big volumes of emails: sending at least 100k+ emails per month
  • Experience with ESPs like Customer.io, ActiveCampaign, MailChimp, eSputnik, or similar platforms
  • Strong analytical skills and experience running A/B tests, interpreting campaign data, and drawing actionable insights
