We are looking for an Email Marketing Manager to join a team northern New Jersey in a contract-to-permanent capacity. This role focuses on building and optimizing email initiatives that strengthen audience engagement, improve conversion performance, and support broader marketing goals. The ideal candidate combines hands-on campaign execution with strong analytical thinking, creative sensibility, and the ability to keep multiple projects moving efficiently across internal teams.
Job Responsibility
Monitor email and campaign results, translate performance data into meaningful insights, and recommend adjustments that improve future outcomes
Plan and execute testing strategies across subject lines, content, layouts, and audience segments to increase engagement, conversion rates, and retention
Keep campaign records organized by maintaining schedules, asset libraries, status updates, and reporting materials for team visibility and accuracy
Coordinate email projects through workflow management tools such as Asana, ensuring milestones, approvals, and deliverables are completed on time
Develop and manage email marketing initiatives using marketing automation and email platform tools to support ongoing campaign objectives
Partner with internal stakeholders to align messaging, creative execution, and launch timing across marketing efforts
Support the design and production of email assets using Adobe Creative Cloud while maintaining brand consistency and visual quality
Requirements
2+ years of experience in email marketing, campaign management, or a related digital marketing role
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related discipline is preferred
Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms, marketing automation tools, and systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce
Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
Experience creating content calendars and coordinating campaigns across multiple marketing channels
Ability to interpret campaign metrics and apply data-driven recommendations to improve performance
Familiarity with project management platforms such as Asana, Monday.com, Trello, or similar tools
Excellent organization, communication, and time-management skills, with proficiency working in a Mac-based environment
