We are looking for a talented Email Marketing Manager to join our energetic and highly motivated team.

Job Responsibility

  • Own end-to-end email marketing for web funnels and web apps including activation, onboarding, retention, upsell, winback, abandoned subscription, and transactional flows
  • Design and continuously optimize lifecycle marketing strategies that improve user journeys and drive activation, retention and LTV
  • Build, launch, and iterate on email automation flows across multiple subscription apps
  • Develop segmentation and personalization strategies to deliver the right message to the right user at the right time
  • Track and analyze email performance metrics and turn insights into optimization actions
  • Plan and execute A/B tests on copy, design, send time, segmentation, and flow structure and translate results into scalable best practices
  • Manage technical setup and operations of transactional and marketing email infrastructure in close collaboration with Developers and Product
  • Monitor and improve deliverability, sender reputation, and domain health
  • Build standardized, scalable email marketing operations across our app portfolio
  • Identify new lifecycle opportunities by analyzing user behavior, cohort patterns, and funnel data
  • Develop creative direction for email content, subject lines, and overall communication strategy
  • Stay on top of new CRM, automation, and personalization technologies and bring them into our stack where they make sense

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in email marketing, CRM, or lifecycle marketing
  • Hands-on experience in subscription-based apps, SaaS, mobile apps, or web app ecosystems
  • Strong command of lifecycle marketing flows
  • Data-driven mindset with a strong A/B testing culture
  • Ability to analyze email performance metrics and translate them into optimization roadmaps
  • Proven experience with segmentation, personalization, and automation
  • Hands-on experience with at least one or two CRM/email tools such as Reteno, Braze, Iterable, Customer.io, Klaviyo, or OneSignal
  • Technical fluency to collaborate effectively with engineering teams on integrations and infrastructure
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Ownership-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced growth environment
