Job Description

We're looking for a Brand Marketing & Event Intern to join our Brussels-based internship team. You'll support the marketing of efficy CRM, our enterprise-grade solution for scaling and compliance-driven organisations, working across email campaigns, event coordination, and partner relations. You'll collaborate closely with both marketing and sales colleagues, take ownership of real projects, and see the impact of your work from day one.

Job Responsibility

  • Build and send email campaigns: lead nurturing flows, newsletters, and event-driven communications
  • Track and report on campaign performance and suggest improvements based on data
  • Support A/B testing initiatives to optimise subject lines, content, and CTAs
  • Assist in planning and coordinating marketing events: conferences, roundtables, and industry gatherings
  • Handle event logistics including venue liaison, speaker coordination, and attendee communications
  • Act as a day-to-day contact point with professional associations and industry bodies efficy collaborates with
  • Coordinate joint initiatives, event co-sponsorships, and communication touchpoints with partners
  • Maintain contact database hygiene and segmentation accuracy in our CRM and marketing automation tools

Requirements

  • Final year Master's (Business, Marketing, or Communications) or equivalent internship experience
  • Available 6 months with a university agreement
  • Curious about email marketing, events, and B2B
  • Detail-oriented and data-driven
  • Comfortable with CRM tools and AI-powered platforms like Claude
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Dutch is a plus
