Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Email Marketing Executive who can plan, build, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns across multiple automation tools such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Mail Merge, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or similar platforms. The ideal candidate should have prior experience managing email flows, segmentation, automation, A/B testing, and analytics for eCommerce brands

Job Responsibility:

Develop, execute, and manage email marketing campaigns for multiple eCommerce clients
Create segmented mailing lists based on customer behavior, purchase history, and engagement
Develop automated workflows, drip campaigns, cart abandonment sequences, and post-purchase flows
Execute bulk mail campaigns using Mail Merge and other tools as required
Coordinate with designers and content writers to create high-quality email templates
Ensure emails are mobile-responsive and optimized for maximum deliverability and conversions
A/B test subject lines, email layouts, CTAs, and send times
Hands-on experience with Klaviyo (preferred), Mailchimp, Mail Merge, HubSpot, or other email automation tools
Manage integration of email tools with eCommerce platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, BigCommerce , etc.
Track, monitor, and report campaign performance (open rates, click rates, conversions, revenue)
Optimize campaigns based on insights, benchmarks, and best practices
Maintain deliverability, list hygiene, bounce management, and spam compliance
Interact with clients to understand marketing goals and align email strategies accordingly
Present performance reports and optimization recommendations regularly
Collaborate with internal teams to support omnichannel marketing strategies

Requirements:

3–4 years of hands-on experience in email marketing, preferably for eCommerce brands
Strong knowledge of Klaviyo flows (welcome series, browse abandonment, cart abandonment, post-purchase, win-back)
Experience with Mailchimp, Mail Merge, HubSpot, or similar platforms
Understanding of email best practices, spam regulations, segmentation strategies, and deliverability
Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for email template editing (preferred)
Strong analytical skills and understanding of email metrics and reporting
Experience with Shopify or other eCommerce platforms
Excellent communication, coordination, and time-management skills
Bachelor’s or a Master's degree
