Job Responsibility:
Supporting the planning, build, and deployment of email marketing campaigns
Creating and maintaining email templates aligned to best practice
Running A/B tests to optimise open rates, click-through rates, and conversions
Supporting CRM activity including segmentation, personalisation, and targeting
Assisting with automated flows, triggered campaigns, and customer journeys
Supporting initiatives to grow the email database and membership base
Analysing campaign performance and identifying opportunities for improvement
Working closely with customer services to support satisfaction and retention
Maintaining the ecommerce marketing calendar and campaign plans
Supporting website updates, promotions, and campaign execution
Collaborating with internal teams, developers, and external agencies
Requirements:
1–2 years’ experience in email marketing, CRM, or digital marketing
Experience building and deploying email campaigns (e.g. Klaviyo or similar)
Understanding of customer segmentation, lifecycle, or retention marketing
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance
