Want to play a key role in driving engagement, retention, and growth for a premium ecommerce business? We’re looking for an Email Marketing & CRM Assistant to join a fast-growing ecommerce team. Job Responsibility:

  • Supporting the planning, build, and deployment of email marketing campaigns
  • Creating and maintaining email templates aligned to best practice
  • Running A/B tests to optimise open rates, click-through rates, and conversions
  • Supporting CRM activity including segmentation, personalisation, and targeting
  • Assisting with automated flows, triggered campaigns, and customer journeys
  • Supporting initiatives to grow the email database and membership base
  • Analysing campaign performance and identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Working closely with customer services to support satisfaction and retention
  • Maintaining the ecommerce marketing calendar and campaign plans
  • Supporting website updates, promotions, and campaign execution
  • Collaborating with internal teams, developers, and external agencies

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years’ experience in email marketing, CRM, or digital marketing
  • Experience building and deploying email campaigns (e.g. Klaviyo or similar)
  • Understanding of customer segmentation, lifecycle, or retention marketing
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Proactive, hands-on, and eager to learn
  • Passion for ecommerce and digital marketing

  • Identify and segment target audience aligned to various drips sequences and campaign requirements
  • Influence and help manage a lead scoring system to identify and accelerate ideal customers through the acquisition lifecycle
  • Own acquisition lifecycle workflows and blast sends to manage and engage users throughout their buying lifecycle
  • Develop and manage an always on cold email outreach program which drives new customers to CleverTap, without burning brand bridges
  • Own and regularly report the KPIs associated with a cold email outreach program: program hygiene metrics, such as spam score, deliverability and clicks, email driven warm lead collection
  • Own email copy and content: identifying the best tone of voice, sender and copy / content approach to achieve your KPIs
  • Own email template strategy: work with internal resources to design and implement appropriate formats and templates per user segment that drive results
