Email Designer

• Collaborate with the Design Lead to organize and maintain Figma files for optimal workflow efficiency
• Ensure all newsletter assets are structured, scalable, and prepared for timely deployment
• Create visually engaging email designs that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives
• Manage version control and file updates to maintain consistency across projects
• Work closely with the Creative Director, Project Manager, and other team members to execute design projects
• Optimize design elements for usability and responsiveness across various email platforms
• Develop innovative design solutions that enhance user engagement
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall campaign goals
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in email design
• Provide regular feedback and suggestions for improving the design process

• Proficiency in Figma, with proven experience in file organization and version control
• Strong skills in email design and visual storytelling
• 3-5 years of experience in design roles, preferably within the retail industry
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Strong communication skills to articulate design ideas and concepts
• Knowledge of responsive design principles and email marketing best practices

Familiarity with design software such as Asana and Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus
