Join our team as an Email & CRM Specialist to drive engagement and conversions through data-driven strategies in a thriving eCommerce environment. Work closely with the Brand Director and Marketing Executive to develop and optimize email campaigns and CRM initiatives.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and execute engaging email marketing campaigns
Oversee and optimize CRM system for accurate segmentation, personalization, and automation
Analyse and report on email and CRM performance
Implement innovative strategies for customer retention and loyalty
Create and maintain automated workflows and nurturing campaigns
Collaborate with marketing team members on SEO and affiliate projects
Ensure all email copy aligns with brand tone and messaging
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in email marketing or CRM roles
Experience within an eCommerce context
Detail-oriented with exceptional organisational and project management skills
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a small team
Clear and effective communication skills
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines under pressure
Hands-on experience with Klaviyo and Mailchimp
